Salad with Seaweed Recipe
Salad of three ingredients + herbs. Without any refills, which makes it more attractive rather than the other way around.

  1. Cut the pepper into strips. Grate the pumpkin on a coarse grater.
  2. Pour in the brine from the seaweed. I always take one where the brine consists of water, vegetable oil, sugar and salt. Leave for at least 2 hours. Put it in the refrigerator. I do this mostly in the morning, and in the evening ( or in the afternoon) I already have a delicious salad.
  3. Drain excess liquid. Add the seaweed.
  4. Add the chopped herbs.
