  1. Chinese salad (Peking cabbage) – 1 fork, wash, cut. First I divide the forks into 2 parts, then I make an incision (3-4 across).
  2. Then we cut and send our base to a convenient bowl.
  3. Cut tomatoes into cubes.
  4. Then cut the smoked and boiled chicken breasts. Since breasts are one of the main ingredients of a salad, I advise you to choose them with extreme care. Natural smoked breasts are ideal. Do not eat smoked meat with liquid smoke. The meat inside should be light and tender. Cut tomatoes into cubes.
  5. Mix the main ingredients. Peking cabbage, tomatoes and breasts. We have a salad base that can be safely stored in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
  6. Set aside the required amount of the base in a bowl for final cooking.
  7. Add the crackers (take any white crackers, ready, not hard), grate the cheese on a coarse grater, season with mayonnaise and mix.
  8. Ready.
