  1. Cut the smoked chicken fillet into fibers.
  2. Cut the bell pepper into strips.
  3. Slice the lettuce leaves.
  4. Cut the eggs into large slices.
  5. We are collecting our salad. Mix lettuce leaves, chicken fillet, cucumbers, bell pepper. Season with mayonnaise (or sour cream, or yogurt). I really like this salad with mayonnaise.
  6. Mix it up! Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.
  7. Add the chopped eggs. Try to add salt to the salad.
  8. Transfer to a platter. Place the chopped cherry tomatoes on top.
