Salad with Spinach and Oranges Recipe
I’m not a big fan of mixing products in salads, but this salad just won me over! Light, juicy, fragrant! All its components seem to complement each other perfectly! And besides, this vitamin is what we need after a long winter.

  1. To prepare this salad, it is recommended to use pickled cheese, but if you do not want to bother, it will turn out no less tasty and simple. I marinate the cheese in butter with a little lemon juice (it may be lime juice) and rosemary. The pickling time is at least 1 hour.
  2. Peel the oranges, cut them in half, and then cut them into thin half rings.
  3. In a bowl, mix the spinach (if the leaves are too large, tear them), oranges and nuts. Mix it.
  4. Place on a platter, crumble the cheese on top and sprinkle with olive oil. Add salt (I didn’t salt it) and pepper.
