Before heat treatment, you need to remove the transparent skin from the squid, for this it is enough to pour boiling water over it and remove the curdled film, then remove the chitin plate. Boil for two minutes, fill with cold water. Chop it finely.
Boil the eggs until tender. Slice it. Finely chop the red onion.
Combine squid, eggs, red onion. Add mayonnaise and salt. Mix it.
