Instructions
Cucumber and bell pepper cut into small pieces.
Add corn to them (pre-drain the liquid from the jar).
Chop the coriander and add to the rest of the salad ingredients.
Add pieces of canned tuna (pre-drain the oil from the jar). Season the salad to taste with salt and black pepper, add the olive oil and mix gently.
