Spaghetti Bolognese in a Hurry Recipe
I was thinking about making a new one and came across a ready-made seasoning for spaghetti Bolognese. I decided to try it. Minimum ingredients required. And the taste is very piquant, for a change in the menu just a godsend!

  1. Boil the spaghetti in plenty of water. Add salt to the water at the moment of boiling, then cook for 5-7 minutes. Try the spaghetti, if it is too hard, leave it under the lid for another 2-3 minutes. It is desirable that they remain Al dente.
  2. Slice the tomatoes crosswise, as in the photo. Scald them with boiling water and peel them. Chop the tomatoes.
  3. Preheat a deep frying pan or saucepan. Pour in 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and fry the minced meat in it for 7-8 minutes.
  4. Add the tomatoes and seasoning to the pan.
  5. Stir and cook for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Grate the cheese.
  7. Place the spaghetti on a plate, add the Bolognese sauce, and garnish with grated cheese.
  8. Serve with fresh herbs or vegetables, it will be even tastier. Bon Appetit!
