Preheat the oven to 175*C.
In a large container, mix all the nuts.
Put all the ingredients for the spicy mixture in a saucepan with a thick bottom, mix well and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar begins to dissolve.

Quickly mix the mixture and pour over the nuts, stirring quickly with a spatula so that all the nuts are evenly covered with syrup. Be careful not to get burned!
