Large and smaller almonds, walnuts, sugar, fresh rosemary and hot pepper, salt and olive oil are a real nut bomb that we all really liked!

  1. Finely chop the rosemary.
  2. Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
  3. Preheat the oven to 175*C. In a large container, mix all the nuts. Put all the ingredients for the spicy mixture in a saucepan with a thick bottom, mix well and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar begins to dissolve. To the left of the photo, you can see that I overheated it (distracted by the photo). Quickly mix the mixture and pour over the nuts, stirring quickly with a spatula so that all the nuts are evenly covered with syrup. Be careful not to get burned!
  4. Place the nuts on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and place in the oven for 7-10 minutes. Add salt and mix. Allow to cool completely.
