Diners mini-kebabs are always a success at the table, it is not only delicious, but also beautiful. If the components of the kebab choose bright and contrasting colors, they will immediately attract the attention of your guests. I have red tomatoes, green cucumbers, purple onions. Instead of skewers, I used sprigs of rosemary, they not only flavor fish and vegetables, but also make the snack original and beautiful.
Fillet of pink salmon cut into approximately the same cubes with the skin. To add salt to the fish pieces to taste.
Prepare a marinade for fish from vegetable oil, crushed garlic, chopped coriander, pepper and grain mustard.
