To get fewer calories, try cooking potatoes in the oven. This potato is in no way inferior to the one that is fried in liters of oil. But the harmfulness and fat content in it is much less.
Peel the potatoes and wash them. Cut into cubes. The potatoes were crushed using a food processor.
Rinse the potatoes under running water and put them on a paper towel. Dry it well.
Then add the seasoning, dry garlic, salt and pepper, mix.
Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and grease with vegetable oil. Lay out the potatoes. Place the baking sheet with potatoes in a well-heated to 230 C oven for 20-30 minutes. Focus on your oven.
