Wash the carrots, peel them, and cut them into 5 mm thick strips. Dry with a paper towel.
Add your favorite spices to taste. Mix well.
Add the ketchup and mix again.
Plan the carrots in flour. In a cauldron or deep-fried pan, heat the vegetable oil. Dip some of the carrots in the breadcrumbs in the hot oil.
Fry over medium heat until golden brown for about 4-5 minutes.
