In a large bowl, mix the seasonings, salt and oil. It will be a marinade.
Then we RUB the prepared marinade from all sides into the meat.
Cover the bowl with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for a day to marinate.
After a day, we take out the meat, put it in a baking sleeve and send it on a baking sheet in the oven, preheated to 190 degrees for 20 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 60 degrees and bake until ready for 40 minutes.
When the meat is ready, we take it out of the oven and leave it to cool to room temperature. That it would be better cut and not break the meat is better to put in the refrigerator and cool completely.
Homemade pork is ready. It can be served to the table.
