Tomatoes cut into arbitrary shapes, I cut into slices, pepper cut into strips. Tomatoes took 2 colors, for beauty, and yellow tomatoes turn out very sweet and delicious.
Basil leaves are well washed and finely chopped. Peel the garlic and pass it through a press.
Make a dressing. Pour olive oil into a bowl, add garlic, finely chopped basil, mustard, salt, sugar and vinegar to taste, mix well.
Spread the filling on our tomatoes and mix gently.
I stirred and let the salad brew for 15 minutes. In general, the longer it will stand, the tastier.
Before serving the salad to the table, I tore the lettuce leaves with my hands and mixed it again. Here is such beauty and good taste turned out.
