Instructions
Prepare the products.
Boil the beets and chickpeas. I did it beforehand.
Grate on a coarse grater, add boiled beets. Chop the garlic.
Prepare the salad dressing by mixing vegetable oil, soy sauce and crushed garlic.
Put boiled chickpeas, grated boiled beets and seaweed in a cup.
Add the prepared dressing.
Stir the mass.
Serve the salad, sprinkled with chopped herbs.
