I present you a very tasty, bright and vitamin salad! A vegetable oil-based dressing adds flavor and piquancy, while fried chickpeas add an interesting crunchy note and satiety. Despite the fact that this salad is lean, it is also suitable for your holiday table!
The cooking time is indicated without taking into account the boiling of chickpeas.I soak chickpeas overnight in three volumes of water. In the morning, wash it well and boil it for 20-30 minutes until soft.
Ready chickpeas should be thrown into a colander and drain all the liquid.
Preheat the oven to 210-220 C.Mix the chickpeas with oil, Italian seasoning and salt and send them to the oven for 15 minutes. Stir the chickpeas a couple of times during cooking.
The finished chickpeas become slightly crunchy on the outside.
While the chickpeas are frying, you can prepare the dressing. Combine all the ingredients and mix.
It remains only to spread the salad greens on plates, put the sliced vegetables and chickpeas on top, and pour the fragrant dressing!
