  1. I prepare the necessary products. My strawberries are ground (without sugar) and frozen. If there is no rose petal syrup, simply increase the amount of condensed milk.
  2. Was crushed strawberries. You can do this with a blender. I use a harvester with a “plastic knife” attachment to avoid crushing the seeds. In the berry puree, add condensed milk and pink syrup from the petals. I’m still mixing it up.
  3. I beat the cooled fat cream to a stable thick consistency.
  4. I put berry puree in the whipped cream. I mix both mixtures together.
  5. I transfer the berry-cream mass to the mold. I cover the mold with a film so that the ice cream does not absorb foreign odors. I put the container in the freezer. After an hour, I take out the ice cream and mix it so that it does not form ice crystals. I repeat the procedure a couple of times with an interval of 1-2 hours.
  6. After 4-6 hours, the ice cream will completely harden. Dessert is ready!
