Two years ago, I made a carob pie. And recently, a Turkish woman saw even more interesting molding of carob pie. I decided to cook with my own dough and filling. The dough is rolled out very thinly. If the pie has unsweetened filling, remove the vanilla sugar and reduce the amount of sugar in the dough to 1 tablespoon.
