Strawberry Sorbet Recipe
In the summer season, I want to suggest trying to cook “strawberry Sorbet”. This is a healthy homemade dessert without fat. It is easy to prepare. Delicious strawberry sorbet is a salvation from the summer heat!

  1. Put the strawberries in a sieve and pour boiling water over them.
  2. Grind in a blender.
  3. RUB through a sieve. Cover the bowl with mashed potatoes and put in the refrigerator.
  4. Bones that were left in the sieve, put in a saucepan, pour water (220 g) and add sugar.
  5. Boil the syrup for 2-3 minutes after boiling and RUB it through a sieve again.
  6. Return the syrup to the saucepan and add the lemon juice. When it begins to boil, pour in the corn starch dissolved in water (30 g). As soon as the syrup thickens, boil for 1 minute and remove from the heat.
  7. Mix the syrup with the strawberry puree, transfer to a container, cover and send to the freezer. Three times every 30 minutes, beat the future sorbent with a blender.
  8. After 2-3 hours, you can eat. Decorate as desired. Strawberry sorbet goes well with a waffle Cup.
