Instructions
Peel the tangerines, disassemble them into slices and remove the seeds. Wash half a lemon, cut into pieces and remove the bones.
Put tangerines and lemon in the bowl of a food processor, chop them into puree with a knife attachment.
Put the mashed potatoes in a saucepan, add sugar and butter.
Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring.
Remove the mass from the heat and cool slightly. Beat the eggs and gradually pour, stirring, into the cooled mass.
Put on low heat and cook, stirring, until thickened, about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and rub through a sieve.
Pour into a jar and put in the refrigerator, the cottage cheese will thicken overnight.
