  1. – peel the boiled prawns and put them in a bowl; – add peeled and chopped large, not diced avocado; – pour fresh lime or lemon juice over the shrimp and avocado; – cut the grapefruit into cubes and add it; – season the salad with yogurt, mix, add a little salt and let it stand for at least 5 minutes.
