  1. Products for making salad. Potatoes and eggs are cooked, the liver is washed, peeled from the films and boiled in boiling salted water (10-12 minutes cooking time).
  2. Cut the tomato and liver into thin slices. Cut the boiled egg into 4 pieces, chop the greens.
  3. Potatoes-slices, canned peas, throw in a colander, drain the liquid.
  4. Next, arrange the prepared products in any order (for example): slices of liver, potatoes, tomatoes, sprinkle the layers with herbs, canned peas, salt and pepper. Top with mayonnaise.
  5. That’s it. The salad is laid out in a slide. Arrange the egg quarters and the remaining vegetables around the slide, arrange with mayonnaise, and sprinkle with herbs.
