Instructions
Cook the eggs until tender.
While the eggs are cooking, wash the celery, if necessary, peel off the hard top layer, finely chop.
Chop the parsley and onion. Cut the capers in half or into 4 pieces, if they are large.
Mix the yogurt, soy sauce and curry separately.
Cut the bacon slices into small pieces, put them in a slightly hot frying pan and fry for 5-6 minutes.
Boiled eggs cool slightly, peel and immediately finely chop. (hot)
Mix eggs, chopped celery, chopped herbs and capers. Season the salad with a mixture of yogurt, soy sauce and curry.
It is very convenient and delicious to serve this salad on slices of black bread, croutons or toast, sprinkled with fried warm bacon.
