Warm Potato Salad with Seeds Recipe
Very tasty and hearty salad, easy to prepare, an excellent side dish for grilled meat. This preparation of potato salad is considered a Swabian specialty.

Instructions
Boil the potatoes in a uniform and peel them.
Cut into large pieces and while the potatoes are hot, pour the broth over them. Let the broth soak for about 15 minutes.
We make a marinade-filling. Mix the oil, vinegar, and mustard. Mustard, whatever you like, I have seeds. Salt, sugar and black pepper to taste.
Cut the onion into half rings and pour over the marinade.
If the broth is not completely absorbed into the potatoes, then drain the rest. Add the onion and stir.
Fry the sunflower seeds either in a frying pan or in the microwave. Sprinkle the salad with seeds. This salad with grilled meat is very tasty.
