Ingredients

Instructions
Peel the zucchini and cut it into long plates.
Season with salt and pepper.
Spread the zucchini on a preheated frying pan with olive oil and fry until golden brown.
Put the arugula on a plate.
Finely chop the hazelnuts.
Sprinkle the hazelnuts with arugula.
Prepare the sauce: 50 g. olive oil and 30 g. Pesto sauce.
Choose 6 large layers of zucchini and set aside. The remaining layers are cut into cubes and added to the salad.
Top with the remaining zucchini, pour the sauce and call everyone to the table.
