  1. To prepare a salad, you can use fillets of any part of the turkey, I have the shins. Cut the fillets across the fibers about 2 cm thick.
  2. Rub the fillet with Provencal herbs and oil.
  3. Fry the fillets on both sides on the grill or grill pan for about 12 minutes.
  4. Cut the zucchini into slices of a vegetable peeler.
  5. Brush the zucchini slices with butter and lightly grill on both sides.
  6. We take a salad bowl to serve on the table, put the washed, dried lettuce leaves into it.
  7. Cut the grilled turkey into strips.
  8. Place the warm zucchini and turkey on top of the lettuce leaves. We put pieces of cheese on them. Put it on warm zucchini and turkey, so that the feta cheese begins to melt and the structure becomes homogeneous. Lightly sprinkle the salad with oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve the salad immediately warm.
