To prepare the salad, you can use the fillet of any part of the turkey, for me - the drumsticks. Cut the fillet across the fibers about 2 cm thick.
Rub the fillet with Provencal herbs and oil.
Fry fillets on both sides on a grill or grill pan, about 12 minutes.
Cut the zucchini with peeler slices.
Grease the zucchini slices with oil and lightly grill on both sides.
We take a salad bowl for serving, tear the washed, dried lettuce leaves into it.
Cut the grilled turkey into strips.
Put warm zucchini and turkey on top of the lettuce leaves. We put pieces of cheese on them. Put it on warm zucchini and turkey so that the feta cheese starts to melt and the structure becomes homogeneous. Lightly drizzle the salad with oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Serve the salad immediately warm.
