Beet Salad with Feta Recipe
To be honest - this is one of my favorite salads, because I love beets and balsamic vinegar. Salad is very easy to prepare and can easily replace the garnish. It's hearty, but not heavy.

  1. Beets cut into cubes. Add balsamic vinegar, salt and olive oil. Gently mix.
