In order to prepare a salad, you need to bake beets in advance. To do this, wash it, wipe it, wrap it in a piece of foil and put it in the oven for 1 hour at 180 degrees.
Then cool, peel and cut into cubes, but not very finely.
Then wash and dry the lettuce leaves.
In a large bowl or in a large salad bowl, combine balsamic vinegar (or wine), olive oil, sugar and salt.
Add the lettuce leaves to the dressing and mix.
Then add the beets, walnuts and mix gently again. You can lightly (!!) add salt, but be careful, because the salad will have over-salted cheese.
Cut the cheese into cubes and roll each piece in sesame seeds. The cheese will retain its shape and will not mix with beets.
Slices of sesame cheese spread on top of the salad and do not mix.
