In order to prepare a salad, you need to bake beets in advance. To do this, wash it, wipe, wrap in foil piece and put in the oven for 1 hour at a temperature of 180 degrees.
Then cool, clean and cut into cubes, but not very finely.
Then wash and dry the lettuce leaves.
In a large bowl or in a large salad bowl, mix balsamic vinegar (or wine), olive oil, sugar and salt.
Add salad leaves to the dressing and mix.
Then add beets, walnuts and mix again gently. Can be slightly (!!) add salt, but be careful, because the salad will be salted cheese.
Cut the cheese into cubes and roll each piece in sesame. The cheese will keep its shape and will not mix with beetroot.
Pieces of cheese in sesame spread on top of the salad and do not mix.
