Beet Salad with Feta Recipe
To be honest, this is one of my favorite salads, because I love beets and balsamic vinegar. The salad is very easy to prepare and can easily replace the side dish. It's filling, but not heavy.

  1. Cut the beets into cubes. Add balsamic vinegar, salt and olive oil. Gently mix.

  2. Spread the salad leaves on the dish, top with the beetroot in the marinade. With your hands crumble the feta pieces. And finish with walnuts. Pour the marinade on top.
