Autumn… The sky is overcast. And, as if remembering the past summer, it cries: it is strong, the rain pours tears, slowly, sadly, drizzling… Coming home from the street, I really want warmth. And the house is cold and damp (the heating season has not started yet). The consequence of all this is very often colds. And if you suddenly feel not very well, try this warming tea.

  1. First, take the ginger root and grate it on a fine grater. For one serving, we will need only 1 teaspoon of grated ginger.
  2. Mix ginger with 1 teaspoon of grated lemon zest and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
  3. Pour all this fragrant splendor with 100 ml of boiling water. Let it brew for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, brew 1 teaspoon of black tea with linden flowers in 100 ml of boiling water.
  5. After 5 minutes, strain the black and ginger tea. And put them together in one cup.
  6. Now you can take a hot (37-40oc.) bath, of course, if you do not have a temperature!. this will be enough for 10 minutes. Then add honey to the tea. Just during the bath, the tea cools down a little – honey does not like boiling water, as it loses its properties at temperatures above 60 degrees. And now let’s get under a warm blanket, drink tea and go to bed.
