Wine Marmalade Recipe
To be honest, I only like alcohol in the candy filling. So when I came across this recipe, I circled around it for a long time thinking about whether to do it or not. But my curiosity got the better of me and I really liked it. The main thing is to stop in time, because in the head they can give as well as ordinary wine. And marmalade is made very simply and only from 3 ingredients.

  1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Fill the gelatin with half a glass of wine and leave for one hour. The gelatin should swell.
  2. Then pour the rest of the wine into the pan and put it on a medium heat, heat it, but do not boil it.
  3. Remove the wine from the heat and add the sugar, mix until it dissolves.
  4. Add the swollen gelatin and stir until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture into ice molds and remove after cooling in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, until solidified.
  6. Remove the marmalade from the molds and serve. Bon appetit. Marmalade perfectly holds its shape and does not flow even in heat. In the photo, just spilled wine for the background, and not flowed marmalade ( just in case, I specify).
  7. Bon appetit.
