Instructions
Make curd cheese and add sugar, yolks, milk, flour, starch and lemon juice.
Whisk the whites with sugar.
Combine and put in the oven. Bake at 170°C the first 15 minutes and then at 150°C-30 minutes.
Smear with strawberry jam and decorate.
Ready.
