Note: I heard that there are problems in the preparation of jelly from fresh kiwi and pineapple, so that the jelly turned out for sure, it is better to use "Zhelfix" or ready "Jelly for sweets and marmalades." One package for 40 g will be enough.

I used gelatin in packs. The gelatin amount can be changed according to the instructions on the package.
Making yogurt dessert:
gelatin (10 gr.), soaked in milk, warm up on a small fire until the gelatin dissolves, set aside.
Whisk cream with sugar and vanilla sugar; continuing to whisk, add yogurt and gelatin in small portions. Note: cream can be used instead of milk
The resulting mousse spread on top of the frozen jelly and again put in the refrigerator until solidification.
