In the bowl of a food processor, beat an egg, add brown (or normal white) sugar, starch, and pour in natural yogurt.
Mix the ingredients until smooth.
Pour the mass into a saucepan and cook the cream over a moderate heat, stirring constantly, until thick.
This will take 4-5 minutes, maybe a little more. This depends on the consistency and fat content of the yogurt. When the cream gets the consistency of thin sour cream, remove the pan from the heat and stir the cream for a couple of minutes. For this dessert, it is not necessary to cook the cream until it is very thick, as the cream will still thicken decently as it cools.
Cool the cream to room temperature. Stir occasionally - so the cream will cool down faster.
Pre-calcined walnuts crushed into a medium-sized crumb.
Also chop and cookies. Cookies can be used any: unsweetened cracker, shortbread, sugar, oatmeal. This time I was making a dessert with biscuits.
To assemble the dessert.
Put about a tablespoon of cream in a bowl (glass, Cup). Spread the cookies evenly on the cream. Sprinkle the cookies with brandy. (this is optional!)
Put the chopped nuts on the cookies.
Sprinkle the nuts with grated white chocolate.
Again cream, cookies, cognac, nuts, chocolate. The last layer is cream.
Everything is ready! Before serving, you can decorate the dessert with berries, chocolate or nuts.
This cream is suitable not only for dessert in a glass, but also for layering and decorating cakes. They can also be filled with tubes or profiteroles.
