Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater.
Add salt, let stand for 10 minutes to release the juice.
Using a colander, drain the excess liquid from the zucchini.
Mix the zucchini with milk, eggs, butter, cheese and garlic grated on a medium grater, pepper, salt and mix if necessary.
Add the flour sifted with baking powder and mix.
Spread the mass into shapes, I have aluminum foil molds with a volume of 150 ml.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
Cool for 10 minutes and remove from the molds, let cool completely.
