Take 100 grams of cheese, grate.
You can take 150 grams of cheese, then the taste will be more cheese.
Add 1 egg, 200 ml of kefir (I have 1.5%), soda (you cannot extinguish, it will make kefir) and add flour.
You can add your favorite seasonings to taste (garlic, dry paprika, cumin, coriander, parsley, etc.).

The dough is like thick cream. Note, the dough without oil.
