  1. Peel the zucchini and seeds and cut into medium-sized cubes, wash the orange and lime well and cut together with the peel into cubes or small plates, peel the ginger and cut into small strips. If you don’t have lime, replace it with lemon.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a saucepan in which we will cook, add sugar and mix. According to your taste, the amount of sugar can be reduced or added. My jam turned out to be quite sweet.
  3. Put on the fire, bring to a boil, reduce the heat to medium or slightly less and cook for 30-40 minutes until all the pieces become transparent.
  4. Pour the finished jam still hot into jars, or you can cool it and serve it with tea. Fragrant, fragrant jam, with a slight bitterness of citrus peel and a subtle aftertaste of ginger will be an excellent addition to cheeses, and will also be simply indispensable for the prevention of colds!
