Berries sort and rinse. If you do not really like lingonberry bitterness, you can douse the berry in a colander with boiling water.Cover the cranberries with sugar and leave for 30 minutes to let the juice.
If you use frozen berries-cover with sugar and leave until completely defrosted.
If the juice is very small, pour 50-100 ml of water, so that the sugar does not burn during cooking.
Add to the cranberries apples, grated on a coarse grater.
Put spices. I have instead ground cinnamon used buds (2 PCs. on a third of the ingredients).Put the pan on the fire, bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes, periodically removing the foam and stirring.
Remove the cinnamon and arrange the jam in sterilized jars, roll up the lids and turn over for 5 minutes.
Stored year in a dark cool place.
From this number of products it turns out a little more than a liter of jam. You can pack it in small jars and use it as a Christmas present.
