Grate the zucchini and squeeze out the juice.
Heat the oil and simmer the zucchini for about 6 minutes.
At the very end, add finely chopped garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
Let the zucchini cool.
Lightly fry the nuts.
Finely chop the dill.
Mix zucchini, cheese, nuts, dill and yogurt in a blender.
Beat everything into a homogeneous mass.
Very tasty pate on a piece of bread with herbs and vegetables.
