Instructions
Mash the cottage cheese with a fork.
Add egg, sugar and salt. Mix it.
Then add the almond flour and mix well.
Spread the curd mass on silicone molds. Cook in the oven, preheated to 180 * C, 40-45 minutes.
Allow the cheesecakes to cool slightly, transfer to a platter and, if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
