  1. Wash , peel and boil the squid in salted water for 3-5 minutes . Cool, cut into strips and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  2. Boil the eggs, peel and cut into strips. Also cut the arugula. In a bowl, mix sour cream with finely chopped garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. You can mix everything and season it with sour cream sauce or make a cocktail salad, but I want to offer you another option. Spread out the baking paper. And lay out layers of cheese, egg, sour cream sauce, squid and arugula.
  4. Roll up the roll and let it stand for 30 minutes. Then cut into slices and place on a platter. It will be very convenient for guests to take it from a plate.
