Instructions
Turn on the oven to warm up. Wash the potatoes, peel them, cut them into chunks, wash the mushrooms, and dry them.
In a baking bag, put the mushrooms, potatoes, salt, pepper, and pour in the oil. Mix well. Add cream cheese.
Tie the bag and mix thoroughly again.
Bake for 30 minutes, 200 degrees. Then pierce the package, bake for another 5 minutes, you can increase the heat to 220 degrees.
