Baked Pumpkin with smoked Brisket Recipe
I offer you a recipe for a delicious, fragrant and beautiful pumpkin snack. This will perfectly decorate the festive table. The snack is convenient to serve to guests, pumpkin slices are easy to take with your hands, fork and chopsticks. I used royal oyster mushrooms, but you can also use any other mushrooms, including champignons. Depending on the number of guests, you can cook several pumpkins at once.

  1. To prepare the dish, we will need a small pumpkin, finely chopped smoked brisket, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions.
  2. Cut off the top of the pumpkin. If it is problematic to cut off the top, then put the pumpkin in the oven for a couple of minutes so that it becomes soft.
  3. Remove the seeds from the pumpkin.
  4. Chop the onion, pepper and mushrooms for the filling.
  5. Preheat the pan and fry the brisket for a minute. Add the rest of the filling and fry until the brisket is browned.
  6. Lightly pepper and salt the finished filling.
  7. Stuff the pumpkin with the filling.
  8. Cover the pumpkin on top and bake in the oven at 190 °C for 20 minutes.
  9. Cool the finished pumpkin and cut into slices.
