Skewer of Brisket with Potatoes Recipe
I share one of the simple recipes for shish kebab in the oven. Namely, potatoes with brisket on skewers baked in the oven. This dish is delicious due to the greens and seasonings. The brisket is soft and pleasant to the taste, and the potatoes are also delicious. This dish can be prepared for a family dinner, or for some kind of feast, etc.

  1. 1) Potatoes, my clean, and wash. Dry with a paper towel, and cut into" rings " of medium thickness. Salt, pepper, you can add paprika and mix. We temporarily remove it to the side.

  2. 2) Wash the pork brisket, dry it with a paper towel, cut it into medium pieces with a small thickness. Also salt, pepper, you can add seasoning for meat, mix. We temporarily remove it to the side. 3) In a separate bowl, mix the vegetable oil, and finely chopped dill, and garlic (which can be finely chopped, or squeezed out through a garlic press) 4) Take wooden skewers, and alternately prick the potatoes first, then the brisket, Transfer to a baking sheet (I have a glass one). You can take a metal baking sheet, cover it with foil, do the same with a barbecue, cover with foil. Using a brush, lubricate the shish kebab with a mixture of dill, vegetable oil, and garlic. Add a little water, so that it would give the dish to steam, and close the lid, 20 minutes before cooking the shish kebab, remove the lid, and let the brisket brown, This dish is prepared for about an hour in the oven. Everything is ready
