  1. All products are weighed. Cut the fillet into 2 portions of 150 g. Put it in a mold size-17X11 cm. Salt, pepper, cut the onion randomly and put it on the turkey.
  2. I poured pomegranate juice and soaked a little meat with my hands. Poured olive oil and left to marinate for 20 minutes. The turkey is not frozen, fresh, it is not necessary to marinate it for a long time. In 20 minutes, I turned the pieces over a couple of times. Put directly in this form in the oven for 40 minutes, exposing the t-180 C. That was enough time for me. The turkey was browned, not dried out and remained juicy inside.
