I weigh all the products! Marinate the turkey. The turkey does not have to be marinated for a long time, you can also immediately before cooking. Turkey fillet was salted, peppered and sprinkled with a set of spices. I cut the onion into half-rings and sent it to the fillet. I poured olive oil on it. Take your favorite turkey spices. I really like the set of dried tomatoes, garlic and basil. I covered it and started on the cabbage. I'll take 0.5 small fork of fresh cabbage. I'll cut it in half and I'll have 170g.
Cut the half-fork into quarters. I'll bake cabbage and turkey together. I will take a glass form of 20X25 cm. I have everything in it perfectly fit. I put the onion on half of the mold and put the turkey fillet on it. On the other half, I put the cabbage quarters, smeared with a mixture of olive oil, Dijon mustard and honey. Lightly salted on top and sprinkled with the same spices as the turkey. On top of all the products sprinkled with flax seeds. You can replace it with sesame seeds or not sprinkle it at all.
Put in the oven first under the foil, exposing the t-180 C for 40 minutes. There is a risk of burning honey with an unprepared dish. Then, about 10 minutes before cooking, I will remove the foil and brown it to a beautiful color. Be guided by your oven. The dish is ready.

Of course, the turkey can be baked separately from the cabbage. Cabbage can be taken and more and put on a baking sheet. Eat as a main course, for example: on fast days or for vegetarians. Very soulful cabbage.
