Instructions
Wash the tenderloin and cut into portions. Salt and pepper.
Fry until golden brown on both sides in vegetable oil.
In a baking dish, put a piece of meat, a piece of tomato, etc. Do not lubricate the form with oil. Everything will be cooked in its own juice.
Cut the cheese slices into small pieces and put them on top of the meat and tomatoes.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 1 hour so that the cheese does not burn.
When serving, sprinkle with fresh dill.
