  1. I used white beans to make the salad. Drain the brine from the beans. Cut the green part of the Peking cabbage into small strips.
  2. Disassemble the tuna into small pieces. Cut the egg into small cubes.
  3. Mix all the ingredients and season with mayonnaise. Decorate the salad as desired.
