Wash the vegetables, disassemble the tuna from the jar into small pieces, cook hard-boiled eggs.
Fry the beans in olive oil until tender, season with salt and pepper and lemon juice.
Prepare the dressing: beat the olive oil with white wine vinegar until emulsified. Then add the finely chopped Basil and garlic (garlic K can be crushed with a knife). Season with salt and pepper.
Cut peppers-thin strips, shallots-half rings, tomatoes-slices, olives-in half. In a dish put layers of salad mix and beans. Top with pepper, onion, olives, eggs, tomatoes and anchovy fillets. Pour the salad dressing and serve.
