This is an approximate set of products. Everyone can already adjust everything to their liking. Pre-boil the beans until tender.
Onion cut into half rings and fry a little.
Add the chopped pepper, and simmer for three minutes.
We also do it with a tomato.
Cut the sausages into small pieces. Fry with the rest of the ingredients for 3-5 minutes.
Add the cooked black beans. Mix well. Season with salt and ground pepper. You can add other spices, I still have paprika. Fry for about 5 minutes.
Pour the beans and vegetables into a suitable baking dish. Sprinkle with grated hard cheese. Place in a hot oven (180-190°C) until the cheese melts. For about 10 minutes.
